Happy Birthday Jesus!

Today we celebrate the birth of our King of Kings. He was born in a barn and wrapped in barn cloths but he reigns today. That was the most special gift that was ever given for all eternity. Today we celebrate by giving gifts to the ones we love and care about and to those who are less fortunate than us. We read about Christ's birth today with family to remind us the real meaning of Christmas. Also, in celebration, Santa Clause came to visit last night and brought gifts to share with all 4 of us. Embri got lots of bath toys, books, DVDs, interactive farm toys and a kitchen set. Baby #2 got a soft horse that he/she can sleep with. Embri loves her cow which is similar. I guess Santa thought Baby might like one too. We're sure that will be the case. Merry Christmas. We hope your celebration of Christ's birth was special and meaningful. We hope that your new year is prosperous and will also bring glory to God.

Farm-fresh Christmas lovin'

We celebrated Christmas with our Stratton Boys today and had so much fun!

Snow

Embri had her 2nd snow this weekend. We had over a foot. We had so much fun. We got to go sledding and play with the doggies. Embri actually said "snow". She has become quite the conversationalist these days! She loved the taste of snow. It was very "yum".

More Seasonal Fun...

Mommy put up Christmas decorations while Daddy and Uncle Patrick put up the Christmas choo-choo. I push the button just enough to give me whiplash. I sure do think it's fun though! Also, we got to go spend some time at Nena's and Grandpa's and I rode the wagon.
